CANCELLATION POLICY:

 Cancellation on any amount paid towards initial deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

 Cancellations made 0-30 days before travel: 100% cancellation Fee, NON- REFUNDABLE.

 Cancellation made 31-60 days before travel: 75% cancellation fee.

 Cancellation on last minute bookings made within 7 -14 days prior to travelling dates NO REFUND.

 Cancellations are valid only if advised and accepted in writing via e-mail.

 No refunds are given on any no shows or where a person leaves before the booking end date.

 The Manager has the right to ask clients to leave if they do not abide by regulations or are unruly.

PLEASE NOTE PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

Should there be any increases imposed by Government or Lodge before the arrival date, these increases will have to be passed onto the Clients and paid before departure.
